As the owner and president of CCM, Caroline oversees the day-to-day of the company while also still doing her first love, providing ideas and solutions for her clients.
When she's not running a successful business with a podcast playing in the background, she loves to spend time outside, hiking, at the beach or in the mountains with the four men in her life: her husband John, two sons Miller and Eli, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Marty.
She also enjoys reading, a great glass of wine, Mexican food, and her toes in the sand.
