We can't count the number of times that we have been asked what the "bean" means in our logo.
Some would argue that very few logos have a log of significance behind them, but all marketers would agree that logos should be unique.
Our old logo employed that overused "swoosh" graphic found in varying formats, from the famous shoe, Nike, to local technology companies.
In the end, a logo should be memorable and allow you to stand out, which is why we developed the bean.
We believe the bean should remind you to expect the unexpected, and that talent is about people, not location.

Transformation was founded in 2002 by me, Shannon, with help, encouragement, and insight from my husband, Travis.
Travis previously worked full time in media sales and I came from a bank management background.
Together, we each used our marketing knowledge and project management skills to create Transformation Marketing.
We found that our common sense approach and the honest relationships we built were the start of something great.
In the beginning, most of our clients worked with us for media services, but the agency grew, and we now offer a full line of services including graphic design, website development, TV and radio production, online marketing, and consulting services.
Travis previously worked full time in media sales and I came from a bank management background.
Together, we each used our marketing knowledge and project management skills to create Transformation Marketing.

The job I had before starting Transformation seems like a long time ago!
Before Transformation Marketing's inception I was a bank manager of two bank locations in Lincoln.
However, I will say that the skills I used and developed there have proven valuable while developing Transformation over the past decade.
I loved the work I did there and my duties were vast.
I opened accounts allowing me to work directly with customers and build relationships with them.
That was one of my favorite aspects of the position, making sure they had the right tools and forming trust with them.

With that said, my full-time job for the past 12 years has been at CHI Health as the Assistant to the Director of Critical Care Services.
Since my college days I've tended to gravitate towards smaller, family-owned businesses (my very first "real" job was for a small, family-owned business that specialized in equipment leasing for the agricultural and trucking industries) and worked here at TM on a part-time basis for several years as both a content writer and as the Social Media Coordinator.
